Who we are
A buying house, not a factory.
Green Channels helps international buyers develop, source and manage apparel production in Bangladesh. We specialise in workwear, corporate wear and uniforms, with fashion and home textile alongside.
We own no factory. We represent the buyer: selecting the right manufacturing partner, developing the product, and controlling quality and compliance from the first tech pack to the loaded container.

Enquiry and costing
Your tech pack and target price, costed against the factory that fits the product.
Development and sampling
Proto, fit and salesman samples, corrected until the sample is the one you sign.
Order confirmation
Purchase order, proforma invoice and a critical path we hold ourselves to.
Material sourcing
Fabric and trims booked, lab dips and bulk approved before anything is cut.
Pre-production and bulk
PP meeting on the floor, the line set to the approved sample, output followed daily.
Inspection and quality
Inline checks through the run, final random inspection to AQL 1.5 and 2.5.
Shipment and documents
Carton audit, packing list, documentation and booking, then it is on the water.
Compliance, throughout
Audit status held current across every stage, never checked once at the end.
